The Valley Center Road Corridor Concept Plan (VCRCCP) is comprehensive plan for Valley Center Road and associated right-of-way, in the area of the General Plan Villages of Valley Center, from the Woods Valley Road intersection to the Cole Grade Road intersection. The VCRCCP addresses safety and overall operations from all road user perspectives and entails requirements for many types of public and privately initiated projects along the corridor.

During public hearings on February 26, 2025, and March 12, 2025, the County Board of Supervisors adopted the VCRCCP the accompanying Ordinance to integrate the VCRCCP into the County Regulatory Code. The second hearing on March 12 was necessary to adopt the accompanying Ordinance. Draft Final Valley Center Road Corridor Concept Plan Public Review
The Draft Final Valley Center Road Corridor Concept Plan (VCRCCP) is now available for public review and comment from September 20, 2024, through October 20, 2024. The component types by location in the Draft Final VCRCCP are based on the final recommendation from the Valley Center Community Planning Group (CPG) on February 12, 2024.
